What is the reapter on 146.70 Mhz around Halifax?

I can't find anything about it, 146.70 is programmed on my radios as VE1GYS Lundy

repeater ...

I'm thinking it is overbandwidth from VE1PKT 146.685.

Once the morning net unlinks PKT it is gone as well.

I get it on two handhelds , Icom V80 and UV5R, both are set narrowband (11khz) and both have been checked with a freq counter
